The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Project Lead to help manage deliverables, tasks, and stakeholders on digital marketing projects. As a delivery manager, the Project Lead will own day-to-day communications with clients, manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery, and design & maintain robust project plans specific to the clients' needs. Successful candidates for this opportunity will demonstrate strategic thinking beyond day-to-day project management.
Job Responsibilities:
Build comprehensive project plans that detail the roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team and stakeholder
Organize and support project teams to deliver high-quality output across defined scopes of work
Develop quality content to communicate project plans, wins, and issues to internal and external leadership
Organize day-to-day, weekly, and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders through project plans, emails, meetings, and QBRs
Manage and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders on the project
Collaborate with internal and external global teams on project output and execution
Manage internal operations for the project including but not limited to time tracking, ticketing, billing, and finance
Develop processes and documentation to organize day-to-day project operations
Develop and manage cross-organizational projects to improve internal Operations, Recruitment, L&D, and Sales
Qualifications/Background Sought:
3-5 years of digital marketing experience, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or other.
Strong grasp of the overall digital consultancy space, including but not limited to knowledge of Media. Monks competitive set and their offerings across data and digital media
Project management experience, including but not limited to
Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects
Demonstrated ability to build detailed project plans
Demonstrated ability to lead in-person client meetings or client summits
Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external project stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment
Experience with adtech or martech solutions (such as GMP, Adform, or Amazon) recommended
Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, and discover and test new ideas.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment.
Desire to build a company up from an early stage.
