Please, join us at ZEEKR as Digital Marketing & Retention Programs Manager and become a part of a fantastic journey. Responsible for developing innovative programs to delight customers, improve loyalty & revenue outcomes. As well as developing dynamic customer journey communications throughout the ownership experience, to provide customers with engaging and innovative offers and drive loyalty & After sales revenues.
As Digital Marketing & Retention Programs Manager you will work closely with the Customer Care management team members, as well as the department colleagues.
You will interact with many areas in the ZEEKR organization, as well as external partners. To be a part of our team, you need to carry strong leadership skills, be very flexible, and always ask yourself how you can contribute to the department’s goals and challenges. You will be a part of an open-minded and supportive team, where we together create and develop for success! Responsibilities and deliveries:
- Delivering a dynamic strategy to develop strong customer loyalty programs to ZEEKR Customer Care and build towards the next ZEEKR car purchase.
- Responsible for the development of e-commerce solutions and bringing to market specific commercial products, such as Home wall-box chargers and merchandising.
- Responsible for delivering engaging and impactful customer journey communications to our ZEEKR customers in line with our ZEEKR & Customer Care communications strategy.
You have probably done something like this:
- Documented experience from IT/Project Management.
- Experience from working with website & apps.
- A creative digital mindset with the vision to leverage full end-to-end digital solutions whenever possible.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience from a customer focused business/area (Call Centre or CX/NPS programs) preferred.
- Experience from the automotive industry is beneficial.
- A natural communicator, with an excellent ability to motivate all kinds of people
- Strong managerial experience.
