At Aqua Dental we’re on a mission to change the dental industry and pave the wave for a new dental experience. We’re doing this by redefining how patient care could and should look like, saying good-bye to pain points such as inflexible opening hours, long waiting times and inhospitable environments. With eleven clinics and 400+ employees, we’ve become one of Sweden’s most recognisable and fastest growing dental chains. We are now looking for our next hero, and more specifically a digital marketing specialist that will help us accelerate our online presence and growth.

Are you a competitive, curious and data driven professional, experienced in running paid online marketing activities hands on? Do you have a black belt in acquiring customers through paid search and SoMe? Perhaps you’re keen to explore new online channels and will suggest other means of customer acquisition? Great, we love you already.

You will

Plan, build, optimise and evaluate all online customer acquisition effort

Assume budget reasonability and ensure that all online KPIs are reached

Have a close dialogue with operations in order to adjust spend when necessary

Analyse, forecast and report results

Ensure a data driven work environment that is propelled by insights and results

We will be a great fit if you

Have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Can manage campaigns on Facebook and Google in your sleep Possess a growth mindset

Are flexible and adaptable to changes

Consider yourself analytical but also somewhat creative Love challenges
