One of our missions within Marketing & Communications is to enforce the Sandvik Rock Tools brands digitally. Now we’re looking for a new addition to our team, that can come with new insights to help us raise the bar even higher. Your mission
In this position, you’re responsible for the maintenance of our digital content – including updating web content, editing, and adjusting marketing materials for different channels with a strong focus on SEO and SEM. You manage, communicate and implement social media content with texts, pictures, and videos in collaboration with our social media agency. If you know your way around video production, including filming and editing, it is beneficial You work with multiple sales areas and marketing departments, product managers, and other stakeholders at all levels in Sweden and internationally. Being the one planning, building, and optimizing the digital campaigns you also produce the yearly digital marketing execution plan, and measure how our digital marketing channels and campaigns are performing – reporting the important metrics and KPIs. A big part of your role is to coordinate A/B tests to find the best converting web modules and to find the development areas for our websites.
The location for this job is Sandviken, and some travel is included in the job.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a degree in marketing communication from a college or university or equivalent education from another recognized school of marketing or communication. Necessary skills and knowledge gained from previous work in the field are also considered equivalent. You know your way in the Adobe Suite – especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro, while skills in After Effects is beneficial. You manage Google Analytics, social media advertising, SEM, SEO, and display well. It’s an advantage if you have knowledge of social media management systems and Google Data Studio, or at least you’re extremely eager to learn. Working in a global environment calls for fluency in written and verbal English and we consider Swedish skills as a plus.
We highly value your soft skills and are primarily looking for your passion for marketing and digital communication. You’re a true team player and a self-doer who works well independently and at the same time pitch in wherever is needed. As you’re a good listener, you easily grasp the needs of our business, and you have a multi-tasking nature that supports you in driving different projects simultaneously.
