For our Digital team we are now looking for a colleague to manage the day-to-day paid advertising campaigns for our seven European markets as
Digital Marketing Specialist
You will be setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn (and in the future TikTok Ads) to meet the performance KPI’s that have been set for each market, with the focus on Paid Social.
The position can be based in Amsterdam, Milan, Barcelona or Gothenburg.
What you´ll do
- Manage the day-to-day paid advertising campaigns (focus on Paid Social)
- Develop and implement strategies and execution plans for Paid Social advertising
- Create budget forecasts for Paid Social advertising on defined KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion for different business areas and markets
- Work together with the Digital Analyst, Regional Marketing Managers, and Digital (Commerce) managers to gain insights in the full customer journey and increase campaign performance
What you bring
- A few years of experience as Digital Marketeer with focus on Paid Social advertising
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Understanding of digital and/or e-commerce technologies and trends (ITP, cookie/conversion windows, attribution, etc.)
To thrive in the role you are data-driven with analytical skills and continuously look for improvement of campaign performance (bidding, A/B testing, etc.)

The contract offered for this role will be first one year temporary with the possibility to be extended and changed into permanent.
