As our new Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (SEM), you will be part of the Global Online team that drives the development and maintenance of our Global Online presence to efficiently support our growth ambitions with a strong focus on online sales.
In this position, you will support the team by managing and optimizing search engine ads as well as YouTube ad campaigns globally to maximize ROI.
Your responsibilities will include
In this position you will:
Set-up, manage and analyse paid search, display, shopping and YouTube ad campaigns globally
Management of ad spend with weekly reporting, performance analysis, and bid optimization techniques
Create and maintain both high level and detailed reporting on performance of brand, campaigns, and keywords across paid-search networks
Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Implement remarketing strategies
Keep up-to-date with PPC best practices, keyword research tools, and industry plus competitor research
Collaborate with the content team to optimize ad copy and landing pages
Your profile
To be successful in this position, we believe that you:
Have 5+ years of experience and proven success in a similar SEM role
Have full proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, YouTube Ads
Hold a degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce or another relevant field
Hold a recent Google Ads certification
Have strong analytical skills as well as written and verbal skills
Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Are fluent in English (other languages, especially German is a plus)
Have proficiency and experience in managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
On top of that, it’s a plus if you have
Experience with Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram ads
Experience with SEO
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Knowledge of Google's other product offerings for advertising (Display marketing, re-marketing, video marketing, Gmail sponsored promotions, Mobile, etc.)
