Your Responsibilities
You will act as a digital marketing specialist in the Marketing Department where you plan, perform, follow up and report the digital marketing activities with a focus on all available digital channels. You will also work closely with other units in the Marketing Department and the Members Department to be involved in the strategy for marketing communication.
What should be done:
• Be responsible for driving stakeholders into the digital customer journey for BSH campaigns
• Be responsible for digital marketing, which means budgeting, planning, follow-up, analysis, reporting and dialogue with agencies/consultants
• Focus on conversion-driving activities
• Responsibility for the operational work with digital stakeholders
• Continuously analyze the results of BSH campaigns and use these results for the optimization of ongoing activities
• Work on the development of conversion-enhancing actions on BSH websites together with others in the Digital Channels
• Be responsible for knowledge development at the Digital Marketing Department
• Advisory support for the organization in marketing matters

Your Profile
Background and Skills
• At least 3 years of experience from working with paid advertising in Meta ads server, Google ads, Display and video 360, both in terms of buying and following up on the advertising
• Must have hands on experience of ads servers including DSPs.
• Must have knowledge of tracking tools like CM, Adobe analytics, channelsight
• University/College education
• Proficient in verbal and written English skills
• Experience of agency work with responsibility for several different advertising projects at the same time would be an asset.
