Arbetsbeskrivning
As an assiociate CSM you are partly responsible for client relationships, project management and client performance, therefore maintaining and developing the existing client base. A CSM is responsible for the project team and makes sure the correct tasks are performed, i.e. prioritization toward targets and exceeding client expectations. As a CSM you will report directly to the Head of Client Success team.
Expectations and responsibilities:
Responsible for clients To ensure full understanding of the scope of each project, take ownership and fully meet client expectations. High quality deliveries and make sure clients get what they have paid for.
Quality assurance and feedback on deliveries from project team (review and feedback to-does and deliverables)
In-depth understanding of the client, the industry client is in and the competition. Understand client targets and expectations, service provided, important stakeholders internally, client limitations (pace, content, it).
Prepare and lead internal scrum/coordination meetings with production-team
Prepare and lead client dialogues (meetings and communication)
