Digital Marketing/CRM Specialist to international biotech company in Stockholm
We are looking for a full time Digital Marketing/CRM Specialist for a one-year assignment with chances for extension. The person will work in an international team and will report to the Commercial Excellence Sr Manager. You will be part the hub supporting our client’s Nordic and Baltic countries (based in Stockholm).
This role will have a crucial role in coordinating and driving new cross-functional projects within CRM/digital marketing area. The work will involve collaboration with multiple teams and will bring the possibility to broaden knowledge by hands-on experience.

Main Tasks
- Implement digital campaigns working closely with cross-functional Nordic & Baltic country teams and European level technical teams.
- Provide operational support for launch of new channels/platforms depending on business needs. Train and support end-users to ensure smooth launch.
- Support country teams with digital marketing material creation projects (definition of scope, introducing possibilities, validation of end-product)
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing beyond Amgen and even beyond pharmaceutical industry. Share the knowledge with relevant stakeholders.
- Support email opt-in management process for the region in collaboration with country management, Compliance team and technical teams.
- Deliver reporting & post implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement of digital marketing campaigns and programs
- Provide routine support for company CRM tool (incl. regular data admin tasks, user trainings on core functionalities and ad-hoc how-to questions from end-users)
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Communications with advanced technical skills. Alternatively Bachelor degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or Computer engineering supported by experience from marketing projects
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience with Digital Media and in Digital Marketing with understanding of marketing automation & campaign management
- Experience in implementing and administering of multichannel marketing activities (webinars, webcasts, websites, e-mail marketing, customer events)
- Experience in monitoring/tracking of digital activities using digital analytics tools
- Advanced user skills in Excel
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Veeva CRM is considered as a strong plus
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in a Nordic languages is considered is a plus, but it is not a must for the position
