We are expanding the Global Marketing Measurement team in H&M, with the mission of increasing our media investments impact and making analyses operational to drive brand effects. You will be a key person in building our team and setting up our new ways of working. The team is part of the Media team within the Global H&M Brand Development in Stockholm. We are focused on accelerating H&M brand penetration and revenue growth, as well as enabling digital transformation and innovation.
The Marketing Measurement team is supporting the H&M regions and Business Units in how media drives growth and Brand Objectives. We are business owners of several measurement tools, e.g., Marketing mix model (MMM), Media Campaign Tracker, Content qualitative test tools and external marketing data. We extract, analyse and present insights of media, creative content and brand analyses to guide decision making for our stakeholders.
Job Description
As a Digital Media Analyst, you will have the chance to use your expertise in tools like GA4, Media Dashboards, Media Tracker, and Media Attribution to build world-class media reports and insights. You will play a vital role in providing input for Martech development and taking part in advanced channel analyses and tests, all while supporting the media measurement areas. Your expertise and knowledge will be relied upon to deliver meaningful media analyses and deep-dives across channels and key markets, contributing to key quarterly reviews and supporting the media channel teams and local stakeholders in their media results follow-up.
In this role, you will develop and maintain robust reports on media channels, working closely with stakeholders in Marketing, E-commerce, and Analytics to ensure that data and reporting aligns with their objectives. You will also be responsible for driving the media data roadmap, reviewing needs across stakeholders and setting up requirements for data.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe that you are an experienced and a self-starting analyst with exceptional presentation skills and the ability to handle complex data and present it to key stakeholders. You have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a both technical and non-technical audience.
In addition, we’re looking for someone who has:
A background in media analytics with expertise in building advanced analyses and PBI reports
Experience in customer analytics and digital marketing
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
Proven track record of using data-driven insights to drive business decisions
