Digital Media Lead

What will be the jobs scope?
- Develop the digital marketing strategy together with the Digital Team and the product divisions
- Support and secure digital campaigns and activations for product launches and for own ecommerce
- Work in close collaboration with both agencies and digital specialist and be the point of contact for digital media channels for the product division and digital activities for ecommerce
- Manage the implementation, optimization and follow-up of media purchases.
- Create and build the foundation to work data-driven, making efficient analyses, optimization and insight generated throughout the customer journey.
- Project lead and collaborate with a team of digital specialists, and be accountable for your results as a team.
- Collaborate, exchange experiences and best practices with colleagues from all over the world.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-4+ years’ experience in digital media buying (Paid Social, Display, online video, SEM, Affiliate etc.) a plus with ecommerce media focus
- Stakeholder & project management experience
- Full proficiency of key digital marketing and ecommerce KPIs
- Experience of digital media platforms, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube etc.
- Preferred ecommerce experience
- Fluent in English and Swedish
