The Digital Media Manager function within the Marketing & Online department at Tele2 Sverige AB is responsible for securing media presence for all our brands and for driving traffic to all our sales channels. We work closely with brand management, the digital analytics function as well as the sales channels and the commercial department. Our main KPI’s are creating awareness and traffic via media buying, optimize the media budget and increasing the ROI as well as contributing to sales within all sales channels.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You are responsible for digital media buying and traffic generation to mainly digital sales channels. Responsibility includes maximizing volume and quality of incoming traffic within given budget for Tele2, Comviq and Boxer. As Digital Media Manager you will be responsible for setting current targets and budget for traffic generation with a focus on new customer recruitment and also for the method and structure being set up and used to drive traffic towards targets. You will also:
Participate in the planning, implementation and follow-up of campaigns.
Plan and launch campaigns within display, online video and paid social.
Follow-up effects of campaigns based on a website-centered perspective, but also from a media perspective.


Responsibilities include:
Coordinate campaigns with brand managers and commercial team.
Working actively with external stakeholders, i.e our media agency, to ensure that Tele2's brands and visibility are executed properly and reaching the KPI’s set.
Brief media agency, to ensure they have the right information and data to be able to complete their delivery.
Continuously analyze, draw conclusions and drive change in order to maximize traffic and sales within the digital channels.
Drive various projects such as attribution, dynamic advertising and implementation of customer data.


WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We believe you are a data driven, analytical and a digital native with passion for performance marketing. You are up to speed with the latest trends within online marketing and your personality should consist of openness and flexibility.
We also believe that you have:
Extensive knowledge of digital channels
At least two years’ of experience from similar role or from a digital media company as a digital planner or digital strategist
Analytic skills regarding media consumption and media evaluation
Budget management and performance analysis
Google marketing platforms such as; GA, DV360, GTM
Facebook business manager
Funnel io
Fluent Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
