H&M Global Media Team
Are you an expert on digital marketing and dreaming of working at one of the largest fashion retailer in the world? We are now looking for a driven Digital Media Planner to join the H&M Global Media team. The position is temporary for 1 year and based in Stockholm.
The Global Media team is part of the Global Marketing Department and focuses on building brand awareness and driving traffic to our stores with the help of different media channels. As Digital Media Planner you will be optimizing our digital media planning across markets and building best practice for how to get the best business results. The responsibilities will among others include:
- Develop central digital media guidelines
- Identify and share best practice among markets
- Follow up on communication targets year-on-year
- Report on media plans and investments
- Lead global projects related to H&M's digital media
In the role as Digital Media Planner you will work closely with the local sales organizations, especially marketing managers and media responsible. The selected person is expected to travel frequently to the markets within their responsibility.
We believe that you:
- Have a strong passion for digital marketing
- Have a higher education within marketing
- Have at least 5 years of work experience from working with digital media
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Are ambitious and result oriented, always looking for improvements
- Have leadership experience or qualities, and consider yourself a team player
- Are analytical and structured
- Have a problem-solving personality, and are willing to learn and adapt to different business cultures
