As a member of the Home Furnishing & Retail Design team, you will contribute to the creation and presentation of global retail solutions. These solutions include interior design, events, space design, and experience design. You create exciting product pages that inspire and drive visitors. To succeed in this role, you have been working with digital channels, ecommerce and online marketing techniques for a minimum of 3-5 years. During the years, you have achieved a deep understanding of the digital business in a customer-focused, fast-paced and multichannel environment. Your knowledge in digital range presentation methods and solutions are well developed and up to date. Preferably, you do also have retail experience and good knowledge about the customer journey. Experience from IKEA is an advantage for this role.

You have a passion for a fast-paced, future-oriented environment and the ability to collaborate across different IKEA functions and stakeholders. We would also like to see that you are passionate about leading, inspiring and developing co-workers both within Center of Expertise (CoE) and in the Markets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILTITES
You will create a visually stimulating and engaging digital experience that inspires online visitors and motivates them to buy! You design product layout and presentations that optimize the potential for longer retention, more traffic, and higher conversion. Besides a strong collaboration with the markets you will collaborate with Market Support and especially Sales Optimisation and Product Teams in Group Digital.
More in detail you will:
• Optimise the digital channel based on gathered facts and input from the markets, striving towards a seamless and consistent customer experience
• Grasp and analyse shopping behaviors that could impact range presentation
• Support defining and implementing proven principles and ways of working for online range presentation based on research and testing
• Understand cultural and behavioral differences in order to consider local or regional adaptions for new or improved functionalities
• Share insights with key stakeholders in the global organisations on how to improve range presentation, navigation and categorisation
• Support the development of learning content in collaboration with the Learning Designers across functions within Ingka Group
• In good collaboration with other IKEA businesses secure a strong and aligned consumer experience across touchpoints
This is a permanent role, located in Malmö at our office in Hyllie, “Hubhult”. You will report to the Digital Merchandising Manager

Being able to offer IKEA products to as many people as possible is a challenge we love. To ensure the long-term growth and development of the IKEA business we use a franchise system. The IKEA franchise system is based on a structure with Inter IKEA Systems B.V. as the owner of the IKEA Concept and worldwide IKEA franchisor, and the Ingka Group as the largest franchisee. This role is a part of IKEA Retail (within Ingka Group) and more specific Market Support.
