We are continuing our ambitious digital journey and will now aim to increase our digital sales and loyalization and are therefore looking for a Digital Performance Manager to guide and push us towards our goal. 

You will be a key person within our Consumer organization in developing and driving our digital sales & marketing as well as ensure customer satisfaction through digital loyalization. You are involved in the daily development and work closely with your team (or squad, as we call it in our agile environment) and agencies to continuously optimize campaigns and customer experience. The role is important for us in order to ensure that we’re on path to our short-term as well as long-term goals and you will also be involved in the strategic digital transformation working with a range of internal stakeholders as well as global teams.

As a Digital Performance Manager your responsibility will also include data driven insights & decision making, campaign analysis as well as hypothesis driven testing and evaluation on digital- and CRM data. Your analytical skills are vital in the translation of data from sales- and marketing to digital improvements and new solutions to further better the consumer experience.

To thrive in the position, we believe that you have a solid performance marketing experience with a passion for digital and growth. You probably love experimenting with the latest technology and new digital solutions and are curious to test, evaluate and analyze the results & data from your experiments. If you are doing these experiments to achieve an improved customer experience, we’re convinced that you will enjoy working in our squad. To succeed we firmly believe that you have experience in marketing tools & platforms such as Google 360 and Adobe Campaign.

As a person you are a self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude. You’re comfortable to work in an ever-changing environment where you often initiate the changes and challenge status quo. Working towards a strategic goal such as a digital transformation is something that excites you. As the role includes building up a network both internally and with external partners you also have strong networking- and communication skills with an ability to adapt your communication to the target group. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
