Overview
We are looking for a Digital Platform Manager to our business unit Away from Home (AfH) within Global Hygiene Category (GHC). GHC leads SCA’s hygiene brand portfolio and delivers brand development and innovation for our three business areas, Incontinence Care, Consumer Goods and Professional Hygiene.
SCA offers Tork, the leading global brand in workplace hygiene. From paper towels in hospital washrooms to napkin dispensers in restaurant dining rooms, Tork delivers a great experience for the user and a convenient experience for the buyer. The range of dispensers, refills and services is designed to meet the specific needs of washrooms, industrial environments, kitchens, and dining areas.
As Digital Platform Manager your are responsible for end-customer facing digital applications of which the global Tork website framework is the most important. Your key task will be to develop, implement and maintain these digital platform solutions in line with business requirements.
The position holder is a member of the Master Brand Team and reports to the Global Master Brand Director in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main Tasks
Define, implement and maintain digital platform solutions, with focus on Tork websites globally, and manage corresponding budgets.
Define the business case for platform activation and rollout strategies across target markets
Adapt and adopt operating model for the category
Collect and coordinate platform requirements (incorporating local markets and BU’s requirements)
Coordinate and communicate new features to local markets and Business
Drive the development of our digital applications based on insights derived from analytical tools
Provide support to markets including training and best practise sharing
Key Competencies
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or IT.
Minimum 5 years working within related field.
Experience from working with content management systems
Experience of content management in both B2B and B2C is an advantage.
Experience from agile development of digital applications/business platforms
Holistic understanding of the digital environment and digital capabilities
Project leader experience in a collaborative international environment
Excellent in written and verbal English
We are looking for someone who is able to prioritize and execute tasks in a global, collaborative environment. To be successful in this role you shall have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaborate with IT technical functions, contributors and external parties.
