The Global Marketing department at Kanthal is a truly diverse and international team supporting our business in building new relationships with the target group and creating awareness about our offering in various industries. Working with marketing and communication calls for always being one step ahead in understanding trends, competition and customer satisfaction, and now we’re looking for a Digital Platforms Manager to join us in challenging the status quo to strengthen the KANTHAL® brand.
About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for managing and developing our digital platforms for various communication needs. You manage all content for digital channels and ensure efficient lead generation for our sales function, and you do this through both strategic and operational efforts related to our platforms and website architecture in terms of design, functionality, structure and usability. You set and communicate the requirements for efficient internal and external communication initiatives - tracking and analyzing user trends and implementing new functionalities and design features to enhance user experience as well as to attract and retain customers.
In combination with evaluating and developing our content and channel utilization, you ensure excellent return on our investments as our conversion of interactions on the web gives us valuable insights. In collaboration with different functions within the team and stakeholders such as global product managers, sales areas, IT and external agencies, you manage various projects within your field, follow up and ensure delivery on targets. Driving improvements, you keep us innovative and in the frontline of digital trends.
The location for this position is flexible between our Swedish site in Hallstahammar (Sweden) and any of our other sites across Europe.
About you
We’re looking for someone with experience from website management and web editing, as well as knowledge of digital platforms, lead generation and lead conversion. You’re also comfortable working with EPI server, Marketo or other marketing automation systems along with Showpad and Google ads and used to analyzing data in tools like Google Analytics, SEM Rush and Hotjar. If you have content marketing skills and any additional experience from working with chats or chatbots, we consider this an extra bonus. Any previous data analytics skills are also considered advantageous. We also believe you have a relevant university degree for the role, and as we are a global company, you need excellent communication skills in English.
