Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for strategically managing and refining our digital portfolio to ensure it meets the needs of the Northern European market. This role involves developing innovative digital concepts, building comprehensive solutions for energy transitions, and creating compelling value propositions and solution differentiators.

You will be responsible for:
Defining and managing the digital portfolio strategy to align with business goals and market needs for each Local Division in Northern Europe.
Identifying and developing key differentiators to position solutions uniquely in the market.
Responsible for value messages for each Digital Concept in Hub Northern Europe. Develop and implement strategies to empower the sales team with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
Engaging with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and needs, and position digital innovation solutions that deliver value and drive business outcomes.
Working closely with technical and solution teams to understand and articulate the value proposition of digital innovation offerings, customize solutions to meet client requirements, and address objections.
Collaborating with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, product messaging, and sales collateral that support sales efforts and drive customer engagement.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital operations, digital transformation, or a related field within a service or solution market.
Experience with translating customer requirements into Digital solutions
Strong understanding of digital trends, technologies, and solutions
Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Experience from developing solutions and service concepts for different segments and industries.
Innovative thinker with a strong drive for results
