About Us
Competence Development within Volvo Trucks Service Market and Retail Operations is responsible for providing training to the Volvo Trucks dealer network in Europe, Africa and Asia. We work in close collaboration with Sales Areas and Markets as well as with Volvo Group Digital & IT and Volvo Group University. Our ambition is to be number one in customer satisfaction when it comes to competent dealer staff. We strive towards making learning easy, by transforming our tools and methods. We aim to provide effective Competence Development solutions that contribute to reaching Volvo Truck business goals and sustainability goals
We are now looking for a Digital Producer to strengthen our inhouse capability to produce and package digital learning solutions.


Position Summary
As Digital Producer within Competence Development you will produce videos, e-learnings, illustrations and contribute to the development and maintenance of our new virtual reality garage. Our productions are distributed through different digital learning platforms. You will work closely with CD portfolio managers, Learning System experts and Methods and Tools experts.


Key Responsibilities
Be an expert in our e-learning tool iSpring and surrounding IT ecosystems
Be part of building up our capability to manage Virtual Reality components.
Be part of creating productions in Digital Learning Platforms
Utilize iSpring and other solutions to produce multilanguage, scormed, digital learning material
Be part of creating an effective and efficient inhouse digital production capacity

Wanted Profile
As a Digital Producer within Competence Development you need to be able to work efficiently and trustfully in your daily work. You will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. It is important that you have a positive mindset and like to support and find new ways of working. You need to be structured and like to work with digital production related questions and development. You must also have a strong quality focus and strive to get things done.




Required Competencies
Experience of producing e-learnings, videos and illustrations
Experience of packaging digital material for publishing in Learning Management Systems
Understanding of XR (VR/AR) in the context of learning and a desire to develop further in this rapid change area
Experience of governance, maintenance and administration of digital learning platforms

We also see that you have:
A drive to find solutions in a cross functional environment.
A will to produce “with your own hands” inhouse as well as contribute with competence when purchasing external digital solutions.
Very good communication skills and understanding of interpersonal relationships
Teamwork oriented

Qualifications
University degree or equivalent within Digital Design and User Experience.
Learning management system knowledge
Instructional design experience
Good understanding of the retail target group
Excellent language skills in English, both written and spoken



The position is based in Gothenburg.
