WHAT YOU WILL DO   

As Digital Product Administrator you will:

- Work with customization and configuration requests
- Conduct troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation
- Ensure global data accuracy & compliance
- Maintain and create templates and reports in HR applications
- Support future roll outs of additional modules
- Conduct testing


But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

You will be based in Malmö and report to our VP Digital development. In this role you will work close to Digital Product Owner/Delivery Team Lead - People and Transformation and our HR teams. You will also have a close collaboration with external vendors, IT support and other stakeholders.



NOW THAT YOU ARE CURIOUS ABOUT THE ROLE; DO YOU THINK IT'S A MATCH?

You’ve read about the role and now your imagination is flying at full speed. Here are the qualities we’re looking for… do you recognize them in yourself?

- You have 3+ years experience from working with the HR domain and HRIS, it is a big plus if you have been working with Workday
- You have experience from working with agile tools and methods
- You have experience from working with system configuration
- You are fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written


It is a plus if you have:

- Experience from working with 2nd line support
- Testing experience
- An post-secondary education within IT/Information Technology or similar.
