You?? Yes! You. Our Business Technology department needs your Technical Workday skills. The sustainability revolution isn’t going to happen by itself, we need all the help we can get. So if making the world a more sustainable place and trying to avert climate catastrophe is the kind of thing that gets you up in the morning, then read on!

As a Digital Product Administrator in our global product team you will have a central role in Oatly’s digitalization journey as you will work with customization and configuration in Workday.

Other fun things you will do:

- Maintain documentation

- Conduct troubleshooting and testing

- Ensure global data accuracy & compliance

- Support future roll outs of additional modules

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

You will be based in Malmö and work close to Digital Product Owner/Delivery Team Lead/People and Transformation and our HR teams. You will also have a close collaboration with external vendors, IT support and other stakeholders.

This role is a temporary position from June to September 2024.

YOU, YOU, YOU

You are a curious, communicative and committed professional with an (agile) delivery mindset. Being a team-player, structured and enjoying all kinds of collaborations in an everchanging environment will be very helpful in this role.


- You have 3+ years experience from configuration Workday
- You have experience from working with agile tools and methods
- You are fluent in English, spoken and written

It Is a Plus If You Have

- You have experience in one or more areas in Workday abcense, time tracking, integration, compensation.
- Experience from working with 2nd line support
- Testing experience
- An post-secondary education within IT/Information Technology or similar.
