Digital Product Designer

About the job
Our projects either focus on accelerating digital transformation, improving our clients' innovation efforts, or helping startups to become competitive and adapt to a more connected world. In all instances, we use creativity and technology to move towards a more sustainable and joyful world.

As a Digital Product Designer, you will collaborate on new ideas and help to bring them to life. You will be involved in the whole process from ideation, research, and prototyping to hand-off to our developers. You will collaborate with a bunch of fun Strategists, Developers, and Designers to deliver creative, user-friendly, and feasible digital products. Understanding the user, business and technology is the heart of creating a successful product for us.

All of our designers are able to lead projects independently, take ownership until final delivery and work in close relation with clients like Länsförsäkringar, Liseberg, and Polestar, as well as guide and inspire the rest of the team.

With all this said, we are looking for a team player who is driven by the love for your craft and the motivation to make an impact for real people.

Role Requirements

- 4 years of working experience during which you helped build and launch successful digital products and services
- You comfortably facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with user research and translating insights into design directions and requirements
- Good understanding of business and tech.
- Ability and willingness to mentor other designers.
- Masters or bachelor's degree in interaction design, product design, industrial design, or similar.

- Great verbal and visual communication skills and fluent in English.
