What’s in it for you?
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager for the Plant Engineering Cluster within Global Manufacturing (GMD). 
This role will be covering solutions such as plant maintenance, prepare production and manufacturing analytics and innovation. You will work with a global team both employees and consultants. 
You will join Global Manufacturing at Volvo Cars Digital and be part of the management team. For this role you will be collaborating mostly with RTE’s, Product owners, Scrum masters and other roles within your team next to product managers covering other cluster both within and outside the area. You will be part of the journey as we deliver on our company’s vision and scale our users globally. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously. We ensure high quality and adaptability in our delivery. Of course, we have fun together while doing it. 
Location of position is flexible but regular travel is part of the job. 

The purpose of the role
The Product manager (PM) is a servant leader that has the complete functional responsibility for the teams, covering present and future needs. The PM coaches the team to continuously learn and collaborate

Your main responsibilities
You will own and develop cluster roadmap and contribute to product area & -unit roadmap.  Maximize business value during the complete product lifecycle and will be managing clusters and product backlog.  
Build an effective Product Management team and collaborate with the release train engineer and architect to ensure state of the art technical solutions.  You will assess metrics, including evaluating business value achieved versus plan and apply design thinking to ensure product cluster is desirable for customers.
Work with stakeholders, customers, Agile Release Trains – and when applicable also Solutions – understanding dependencies & business needs and continuously, will provide follow up and optimize business value to ensure that the stakeholders get maximized value, securing stable operations through delivering high quality software development.  Furthermore, split epics to define and prioritize features and program enablers.  

Who are you?
BSc, Msc or equivalent experience. 
You had exposure in Manufacturing domain, with large scale product development in a leadership position in a global context and can effectively aligns the interest of multiple, diverse stakeholders as well as being collaborate with the ability engage input from others constantly.
You are a result-oriented person, inspiring and motivating the ART in working towards a common goal.  You have experience taking constructive action to navigate difficulties or impediments and strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture.

Personal
You have knowledge of the business domain and leadership and communications skills that allows you to understand end user needs and network with stakeholders.  You are familiar with DevOps, Agile, Lean and Scrum and are interested in Big data and Industry 4.0 solutions.  You have the ability to see patterns, build relationships and skills to promote collaborative design & innovation. 
You are fluent both in English and local language.
