Purpose of the role
The Digital Product Manager is responsible for coordinating global digital tools & functionality rollouts and support of website and mobile apps update and improvement in the region.


What will you Do?
Tools&Features roll-out
· Coordination and support of global digital tools roll-out to local markets;
· Very close collaboration with global digital product owners and solution experts to coordinate the tools updates;
· Development of regional tools (and cascading to local markets if needed);
· Regular and timely communication and trainings about new functionalities and tools to employees, Partners and Clients;
Enhance digital tools&features making them simple to use and improving business KPIs
· Regular exploration of best practices in user experience and new digital tools among competitors and beauty retail (or any other retail);
· Cross-functional collaboration with different business functions to collect the feedback about digital tools and features;
· On the base of collected feedback, benchmarks and data proactively propose digital tools improvement and drive the changes through close collaboration with Global Product Owners and Solution Experts;
Analysis and learnings
· Analysis and evaluation of digital tools performance through Online Experience Survey, UX tests, field interviews etc
People management
· Lead regional Digital Product team, identifying process opportunities and improvements to current ways of working;
· Establish and follow-up on regional targets on tools performance and follow-up on them;
· Work across regions to identify and share best practices;

Your background and your qualifications
· Business, Value driven
· Multitasking, ability to manage different projects in parallel
· High project management skills
· Coordination of big complex Online/IT projects involving different business functions
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Experience in Digital Product Ownership or webmastering is appreciated
· Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
