What are we looking for in this specific role?
Volvo Energy is building a highly qualified digital platform to support the large need for Commercial Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Charging solutions and services in the world. We are growing our team and are now looking for one more Digital Product Manager for Commercial BEV Charging solutions.
You will be the owner of a set of Digital products and a natural go-to expert for Digital products and capabilities around charging services.
In this role, you will gather intelligence around customer needs, industry best practices, legislation, and market standards to define, build, grow and operate the Digital solutions. You have a natural focus on great digital experiences for the different customer journeys, while having the knowledge to build the necessary Digital business capabilities for vehicle charging.
You drive the planning and define roadmaps and backlogs for the capabilities within your responsibility. You know when it makes sense to build own solutions, and when to partner with players in the BEV Charging Eco-system. Time to market is of great essence, so we strive to build and learn in short development and release cycles.
Together with other product owners and team members, you will be working together to build an end-to end digital offering with a great and efficient experience for commercial vehicle operators.
This position is placed in CampX, Gothenburg, Sweden. However, if you are the person we look for -Volvo Energy could support with re-location.
Qualifications likely required to be successful
University degree relevant to the position: in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, entrepreneurial strategy, UX design, or equivalent
Good understanding of the charging ecosystem and relevant standards for charging like ISO15118, OCPP and OCPI. Experience from electromobility services, eMSP, charging systems or energy infrastructure is an advantage
Experience from Agile development and DevOps practices
Good Digital technology understanding and ability to manage business and technical complexity
Experience from transport solutions, fleet management or logistics networks is considered an advantage
Ability to work in a heterogenous environment with several development teams, both inhouse and with players in the Digital Ecosystem
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
