ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Digital Product Manager you will be responsible for our e-commerce on Tele2, Boxer and Tele2 Play, placed in our team E-commerce & E-care. The role includes an overall responsibility for website performance, continuous conversion optimization as well as an improved customer satisfaction through simplification and personalization in all our digital platforms. You will also create and improve flows for cross-selling and create opportunities for the customer to easily be able to make relevant changes related to their products and subscriptions.
You will lead our cross-functional e-com team containing Content management, digital analytics as well as UX & Product design to find insights for improvement throughout the entire digital sales cycle. You will report to the Head of E-commerce & E-care who in turn reports to the Digital Director in Product & Digital team.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Fully responsibility for the E-commerce roadmaps and sales journeys
Own and achieve set KPIs linked to the role such as, Digital sales share, CR, tNPS, ASPU etc.
Locate onsite pain points and areas for improvement and further execution
Together with PO/IT set and prioritize backlog
Manage our hypotheses driven work (A/B tests)
Set the requirements for IT



WHAT WE LOOK FOR
3+ years of experience within the field of e-commerce and digital growth
Pragmatist with a good sense of prioritization
Good communication skills and leadership qualities
Preferably experience in cross-selling of different products
Strong analytical skills
Preferably experience in project management
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Previous Telco experience is a plus
