Digital Product Manager - EIS Nordic

Arbetsbeskrivning

At E.ON we embrace our diversity, however we have one thing in common: we are passionate about our vison – to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2030. An important enabler to succeed with this vision is to attract and recruit candidates who shares our commitment and enthusiasm for sustainability and diversity.

The department and why we need you
The energy industry is changing now, and E.ON is driving the energy transition. E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solution (EIS) is best positioned to drive that transition together with our B2B, municipal customers and partners.

To succeed that journey, digitalization through data-driven optimization and a lean organizational set-up are key enablers for our EIS business to grow within the Nordics. Our mission is to drive the digital transformation within our energy systems and production assets to enable a sustainable transition of the energy sector. Our focus is to maximize customer and business value by turning data and information into smart solutions.

Your role
We need you and your expertise to accelerate the implementation of our EIS Digital roadmap. In addition, we have several exciting initiatives ongoing from building up an operations data platform, designing data-driven optimization to predictive maintenance and we need you to take it to the next level.

As Digital Product Manager, you are responsible for identifying, implementing, and scaling automation and optimization initiatives around both customer and operational data. You will help us understand customer and business requirements linked to district heating/cooling systems and city quarter solutions to identify new smart solutions. As you have a valuable role to ensure we are on the right path to meet our ambitious growth and sustainable goals, this means you will also be involved in setting the right strategic digital priorities.

Who we are looking for
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have experience within energy systems, operations-heavy industries, or experience in working with several digital technologies (e.g. IoT, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, AI). Preferably, you have a university degree in IT or engineering.

As a person we believe that you have a curious mindset and are passionate about digitalization to continuously identify new solutions. You are good at identifying pain points and translating it to smart solutions with an aptitude to build a bridge between business representatives and digital development teams. Additionally, we believe you are an ambassador for digital transformation with the ability to inspire others and bring them along to make change happen. As this role involves many contact points, you are likely used to and keen on collaborating with others.

We are looking for you who wants to join our digitalization journey with the willingness to drive the digital transformation even further.

The team
You will be part of the Digital & Transformation team which empowers the change across the EIS organization. We make sure our business is future proofed with digitalization and sustainability in mind as well as we challenge our ideas and have fun along the way. You will work hand in hand with our EIS Commercial & Operations teams, a range of internal stakeholders as well as our international colleagues around the world.

Your manager, Tobias Kobold, is looking forward to challenge and support you while you grow in your role. He has a coaching leadership and will gladly give you room to drive initiatives and explore new things.

Do you want to be part of a committed team transforming the energy industry? Then this role is the one for you! Final application date is September 19th.
