Right now, we are looking for a Digital Product Manager who will create the next level support experience for our dealers and customers, for both hard and soft products in our support platform built on Service NOW.
Responsibilities:
Define digital product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
Secure that business & digital initiative strategy and goals are visualized and well understood.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and feedback.
Define and prioritize product features and user stories based on business objectives and customer feedback.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, from technology, from regions, from commercial, from development and so on to deliver high-quality products.
Continuously evaluate and improve our support platform based on dealer and customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure OKRs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
5+ years of experience leading the development of complex software products with a focus on user experience and customer satisfaction.
Experience in Service NOW platform as part of a DevSecOps team, being a PO, developer, BA, tech lead etc.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience working in the digital services and/or hard products space is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or similar experience.
