To further strengthen our Digital Services team we are searching for a Digital Product Owner.
About the Digital Services team
Our global Digital Services team envisions, creates and delivers a variety of digital solutions on different platforms to global markets. The most amazing and skilled UX and UI designers work in this team, supported by Product Owners. The team works with agile methods, leading to new ways of thinking with great results.

What will you do?
The Digital Product Owner is instrumental in driving the development of functionality and communication that boosts conversion and increases retention of the Oriflame Brand partners and customers in all areas of Oriflame’s global websites, apps and other digital products. Responsibilities include designing and implementing digital usability improvements while also leading various initiatives that support B2C and B2B business logic.
As a Digital Product Owner you will:
Planning, creating and driving the roadmap for digital development in line with business requirements, always with the customer journey in focus.
Building business cases as decision support for larger development initiatives.
Overall responsibility for delivering functionality and structure of Oriflame websites and apps in line with organizational needs.
Ensure measurement and follow-up on key deliveries.
Understand the sales force’s needs and everyday situation to improve site usability.
Your background and your qualifications
Experience of digital product ownership.
Strong interest and understanding the dynamics of internet utilization in a result-driven environment.
Project Management capabilities and a proven track record within the digital field.
Experience of communicating, presenting and reporting to management.
Prior experience of one or several areas within Online Marketing
International experience
Strong communication skills.
University degree, preferably in Business or Technology.
Fluency in English - spoken and written.
