About this opportunity
Ericsson Enterprise IT has created a centralized team with the mission of developing DevOps tooling and automation to solve problems that every development team has.
We are now looking for a Digital Product Owner (DPO) for our Cloud Automation product.
As a DPO you will own and drive the development of a catalog of reusable deployment packages/Infrastructure as Code that align with Ericsson security, compliance and service management policies. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of these common cloud services.
Digital Product Owner (DPO) is E2E responsible for the strategy and delivery of the Cloud Automation product including leading the team. The DPO prioritizes and sequences what the product team work on. DPO ensures a deep understanding of the customer/end-user needs. The DPO is also responsible for the roadmap and to ensure that the product team(s) has the right competences to enable successful execution. The DPO carries and communicates a vision that inspire the members in the team.
What you will do
Define and optimize product strategy and roadmap, incl. people and resources need to enable successful execution. Owns the product roadmap
Develop appropriately detailed specifications/descriptions for the product features, so they are clearly understood by the development teams, as well as the customers/users
End to end accountability for product delivery, incl. operational responsibility, from idea through development to retirement
Lead product team in sprint planning and daily activities, incl. prioritization and sequencing of user stories
Responsible for regulatory compliance of the product
Align team to achieve OKRs
Manage stakeholders and dependencies across org
Act as an ambassador or the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
Financial planning, forecasting, budget requests and cost booking and secure financial decisions resulting from governance forums.
You will bring
Education: MSC, MBA or equivalent through experience
Result-oriented and able to structure and prioritize tasks and establish common goals. Ability to navigate stakeholder demands to ensure the right prioritization/sequencing
Experience from working with Agile methodologies. Deep knowledge of how to use and implement CI/CD pipelines across technologies.
Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to motivate and coach team members. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
