WorkShop is now looking for a Digital Product Trainer in Stockholm. Do you have a background in digital marketing and want to work for one of the world’s most innovative sports companies? Just keep reading!

As a Digital Product Trainer your main goal is to optimize how this brand can be presented even better in online retail. You will do this by working closely together with the Marketing team and field team to find opportunities for improvements and influence the retailers. You will be responsible for optimizing path to purchase and conversion, analyzing opportunities and implement visuals for campaigns. You will do a weekly analysis of performance in wholesale.

You will also lead and drive digital training for wholesale partners and own our digital training tool for your market. You will work with the rest of the team to identify opportunities to train digital and come up with content ideas for digital trainings. You will also conversate with field staff through a digital way of working and support partners digital training platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Provide actionable insights of the online business and opportunities for improvement
- Building a team of proactive brand advocates in store, wholesaler and in your network and community
- Plan and execute quarterly plans with a focus on improving the positioning of the brand online.
- Stay updated on digital trends as well as digital competitor activity
- Creating an understanding of the optimal customer journey and gaining insights into customer behavior and forthcoming opportunities
- Develop strategies and new concepts to increase conversion rates
- Driving interaction and participation with training with in your wholesale customers
- Onboarding, connecting, educating and engaging wholesaler customers using our digital engagement app
- Designing, creating and delivering memorable product training through virtual and digital methods, in accordance with adult learning methodology, facilitation and engagement techniques


To succeed in this position, we believe that you who applies have proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. We believe you love the customer journey and likes to analyze customer behavior. You have the ability to influence others and you are curious with an analytic mindset. You are eager to improve and very results oriented as a person.

We also believe that the right person for this role has:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar
- Relevant marketing educations or studies
- Expertise in e-commerce
- Data analysis skills (pivot tables, dashboards etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in one Scandinavian language
- Not mandatory but a big plus if you have a passion in UI/UX
