We believe you have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leading projects, preferably in a technical environment. Furthermore you have strong documented leadership skills and successful track record of managing business change.
To succeed as Digital Project Leader you need:
• knowledge and experience in project management, including managing and leading teams and stakeholders
• knowledge of project governance processes including risk management techniques
• knowledge of required roles, skills and capabilities for digital organisations
• extensive ability to set goals, follow through, deliver and follow up
• experience of using a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior business-leaders and Technology Leadership.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Digital Project Leader you will be responsible for planning, driving, leading and delivering projects within Group Digital’s project office. You will also manage dependencies, develop and execute change control. Moreover, you will be leading, coaching and developing the digital project team members, driving consistency of ways of working and promoting best practices in project execution.
Among many task you will:
• be responsible for planning, managing and delivery of assigned projects within the project office, including time, cost, scope and quality, with some support from senior colleagues
• identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks
• manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organization
• with support from internal purchasing organization, manage procurement and vendor relations within project, including follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor
• perform project reporting, through providing Digital Project Office Manager with key milestones updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance
• drive continuous improvement of project quality and performance in assigned projects
• provide Digital Project Office Manager with insight to the resource capacity- and resource planning
• work in compliance with all aspects of how we work with projects (quality assurance process, plan, process, execution, steering and follow up)
• lead, coach and develop project team members, promoting best practice in project execution
In this role you will report to the Digital Project Office Manager.
