About this work area
The Digital Project Office, DPO, consists of 6 teams with a total of 60+ project leaders. We are project management professionals with a focus on delivering measurable business value. Together we have centuries of experience navigating complex projects, understanding key drivers, and challenges and managing projects to get things done.
We set the digital agenda to keep IKEA leading in an uncertain and fast-moving environment. We drive the development, provision and operation of our digital products and services using new and existing delivery methods to deliver at pace. Being the Center of Excellence of Project Management at IKEA, we also take responsibility outside Group Digital for some of our important change initiatives.
Togetherness is important to us at the DPO and we strive for a collaborative community where everyone contributes, learnings are shared and improvements are suggested. We promote fun at work and a good work-life balance.
