What's in it for you 
Within the Volvo Cars EMEA Digital team, we work in customer-centric product teams to make Volvo Cars business fully digital. We support products and systems for Volvo Cars customers and partners, including volvocars.com platform, the global car configurator and APIs for building new innovative services. 

While most teams are located in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Lund, Sweden, the EMEA Digital team supports the EMEA Region across 22 markets in 60 countries including over 1500 Retailers along with Volvo Cars staff and partners. 

You and your skills
We are now looking for a Digital Project Manager & Launch Lead to work in EMEA Digital focusing on our Online and Consumer facing products. You will be working both with the Global Online Experience Product teams responsible for volvocars.com and a network of Digital, Marcom & CX leads across the EMEA region and markets. In this role you will be promoting high collaboration skills to communicate business needs, and champion regional business objectives. You probably have had success at working in an Agile environment. You have a passion for collaboration, digging in and sometimes being a bit techy but at the same time keeping business, consumer experience and results at the forefront of what you do and how you deliver. A global mindset as well as collaboration and communication skills are essential in this role. 

You will play a key part in driving digital product launches and rollout projects across markets ensuring people, processes and technologies are supported in today’s online environment. You will be part of a small dynamic team with high team spirit. Home base is EMEA Digital and your success is dependent on collaboration within the regional team, and at the same time you are part of a global and diverse team with team mates from markets in Europe, Middle-East and Africa.

What you will do 
•    As Launch Lead you will be responsible for leading the market dialogue and planning for launches and activation. 
•    You develop and manage the digital launch plan for EMEA markets. 
•    You will collaborate with central digital publishing teams to manage, initiate and drive all actions in the masterplan
•    Launch and rollout of new digital products and features, new car launches and new model years, global campaigns and online sales initiatives, migration activities moving to new platforms, technical integration projects, analytics etc.
•    You present the vision of implementing new digital tools as well as improving consumer experience
•    Communication with markets, regional teams in market calls and stand-up meetings, and being a key point of contact to central editors and market leads
•    Coordinate content related questions in collaboration with central brand and regional marketing & communications teams
•    Work together with regional colleagues and provide digital knowledge and expertise to stakeholders when it comes to Volvo Cars digital landscape and future digital capabilities
•    Coordinate testing activities involving market representatives together with multiple product teams

We are looking for
•    Min 3-5 years of experience as a digital product manager, project manager/production manager from a digital agency or inhouse a global organisation
•    Excellent communication and project manager skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and change is something you enjoy
•    Experience working with international brands and CMS supporting localisations world-wide
•    Technical understanding of web and connecting systems and platforms and interest in learning new technologies to improve and innovate the customer journey
•    Team player 
•    Experience from e-commerce is beneficial
•    Fluent in English verbal and written
