About the position
Perido is looking for a Digital Project Manager for our client Axel Johnson International. As a privately-owned industrial group they acquire, build and develop companies in strategically selected niche markets, primarily technical components and industrial process solutions. This company has an entrepreneurial culture where decentralised and committed leadership enables quick decisions. Since most of the work can be done on a remote basis it doesn’t really matter where you are located, although to be able to work at the office when needed you ought to live somewhere in the area around Göteborg, Stockholm, Malmö or Sälen.
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will be a part of developing and implementing digital strategies. You will act as the active and proactive support on selected digital tools to the local companies. Your daily tasks will consist of the following:
Development and support on business applications and services.
Drive projects aimed for improved efficiency and deployment to end users globally.
Be an important pillar in realizing our strategic digital plan, securing that we are prepared for the future, and supporting implementation.
It will include further optimization of business processes and (together with colleagues) identify requirements related to selection of relevant IT systems.
Collaborate with colleagues in both central positions in the head office as well as in the local companies and a natural part of the Digital & Marketing Team.
Advisor to the Lifting Solutions Group management team and companies (within digital efficiency).
Work with internal teams to define project scope, resource requirements, milestones, and cost estimates.
Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of digital projects to agreed scope, timings, budget, and quality
Assess the time and financial impact of changes and communicate to clients as appropriate.

Your qualifications
Project management skills are necessary for this position, as well as an interest of marketing focused systems/platforms. To be able to succeed in your role we need you to be a solution and improvement driven person who’s not afraid to question and re-think existing solutions. You are a true team player who’s goal oriented and work with the business needs in focus. Further on a good understanding of different marketing systems like CMS, PIM etc. is required and we hope that you’re not afraid to deep dive in to details to provide hands-on support. Analytical, driven, and organised are some of the words that describe you in your daily work and we believe that you get your energy and motivation from collaborating with others.

Requirements
Relevant education
Experience and understanding of integrating and interfacing between applications and/or services such as Web services, ERP, and other IT systems.
Experience with project management in IT systems and proven track record
Must be willing to travel internationally depending on business demands
Good understanding of business needs, demands and experience from B2B
A few years’ experience of marketing focused systems like CMS, PIM etc.
Project manager skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience of working with Google Analytics
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English



Meritorious
Experience of working within digital marketing (not with the creative parts, but digitalisation/technology)
Experience from PIM-Core
Experience from CMS-systems



Contract type and hours
Full time. Start according to agreement.
