About the assignment:

Description
- Manage all delivery streams (Application: SAP + Legacy, Infrastructure, Data, Test) release and deployment activities in the Transformation programme across all landscapes (Dev, QA/Test, Pre-Prod, Prod, Train, Sandbox)
- Establish best practice and support the creation of Release & Deployment function through projects. Work with SAP Landscape and environment strategy enabling effective control of change in a complex landscape, tools and procedures to maximise effectiveness of organisation and cohesion of the various teams involved in delivery in SAP applications and Legacy systems.
Manage communication and alignment of all actors across Cluster throughout the programme for system Deliverables.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Organization & people skills: Structured and able to deal with ambiguity with method. Ability to drive teams to result in complex matrix organisation
- Highly resilient and able to deal with escalation, work under pressure and drive result through effective teamwork and collaboration
- Skilled to review changes to be deployed in the landscape and understands ABAP code and configurations in CTS on a Global basis
- 15+ years’ experience in SAP experience with similar roles in Release management running large landscapes
- Senior level expertise in SAP technical cutover on greenfield multinational SAP implementation
- In-depth Technical skills and experience required with: SAP / S4 Hana, SAP Basis, Release management and technical deployment
