We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager to our customers’ journey, to provide the consumers with a simply outstanding experience across the business areas and through all channels where this role supports the evolving routes to market through D2C E-Commerce. As a Digital Sales Manager you will be part of the central E-Commerce team in Europe and actively work to enforce the D2C Ecommerce strategy. This team’s core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering profitable growth. As Digital Sales Manager, your mission will be to commercially manage the web shops for a selection of markets in Business Area Europe with the main objective to grow online sales for all our product categories. You will as Digital Sales Manager report to the Ecommerce Director and make sure to drive profitable growth in a selection of web shops /markets within Business Area Europe.
As a Digital Sales Manager you will monitor local product pricing and ranging and make sure that business area guidelines in terms of price strategy and assortment are followed. Also you will monitor local competitive landscape, do analyses and adjust to local market conditions. You will collaborate with local D2C e-commerce representatives/teams, create promotion / activity plans for each six month and market, that are aligned with other Business channel activities and communication. As a Digital Sales Manager you will understanding market differences and adjust selling approaches accordingly in close collaboration with local markets, understand the mechanisms around SEO, SEM, email, display ads and social media to drive site traffic and generate demand. Your work also include suggest and drive campaigns /newsletters / promotions /emails etc on local language that are aligned with brand guidelines and activity plans including business cases that support activities. Further you will be responsible for monitoring web shop traffic and behavioral analysis used to optimize site performance and maximize conversion rates. You will providing reports on weekly and monthly bases including analyses on performance e.g. follow up on KPIs like conversion rates, traffic per channel, results from campaigns etc and provide analyses that explain current KPI trends and suggested corrective actions. As Digital Sales Manager you will collaborating with central and local sales, marketing, supply chain and product line to maximize the impact for your markets of responsibility in the direct channel.

Kvalifikationer
- A University degree in relevant field
- +5 years working commercially with D2C ecommerce
- Excellent google analytics skills
- Fluent English, any other European language is a plus
- Understanding SEO/SEM and other mechanisms that drive traffic
- Good general technical understanding of a typical ecommerce environment
- Experience from working with SAP/ hybris is a plus
- Design and/ or Copy skills is a plus

You are comfortable with working in a large matrix organization with many markets, cultures and stakeholders.
