Digital Service Project Manager

As Digital Service Project Manager you will drive the design and development of possible digital services for external and internal customer offering and are responsible for the whole customer journey. As the project manager, you take the lead in exceeding customer expectations in offering the best production flow solution from idea to a viable digital service.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Define roadmaps for specific services
Perform relevant market analysis
Analyze customer needs and behaviors
Define business model and business case
Analyze technical feasibility and commercial viability of prioritized services in a pre-study
Analyze the current availability in FlexLink and Coesia portfolio

Furthermore, you will lead the commercial and technical implementation of Proof of Concepts and customer pilots alongside transformation activities for service industrialization and deployment.
This is you
You have a university degree in engineering or computer science, and 5+ years of working experience from B2B with the development of digital services and software products. Balancing business value and customer expectations, you can lead technical development and manage projects in a complex, prone-to-change environment. Also, you have great skills in communication, decision-making, and exceeding customer and business expectations.
Required skills
Expertise in design and delivery of digital services in B2B markets
Experience in practical application of tools within service design and business modeling processes (e.g. Customer Journey Maps and Business Model Canvas)
Excellent communication skills for reporting to C levels
English both written and spoken
