Responsibilities
You’ll be part of our Marketing team but also providing services to our Product team and Sales and Key Account teams. As elements of this role are strategic, you’ll also work with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
Be responsible for top-of-funnel customer acquisition via paid and organic lead generation, including strategy, budgeting and planning, execution and optimisation.
Analyse attribution and revenue for our customers to better target campaigns to deliver high value customers.
Build a strong relationship and processes with our Sales and Key Account teams to ensure customer acquisition works hand in glove with sales.
Work closely with a group of customers to help them to grow their business, including sourcing bookings from guests and generating leads from landlords.
Together with our product team, develop a model to provide marketing services to our customers, including planning the tech set-up, recruiting team members and managing from an operational perspective.
Requirements
5+ years of digital agency experience, working with multiple clients including technical set-up of campaigns, performance reporting, return on spend and client relationship management.
Experience in planning and running SEM campaigns.
Experience in driving organic referrals via an SEO strategy.
Experience running campaigns across various online advertising platforms including Google Ads, Fb Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads and able to learn and keep up with the updates of the platforms.
Expertise with Google Ads Editor, Master and sub accounts, automated campaign generation (from database content), optimising automated campaigns etc.
Experience in hiring new staff, developing and leading a (remote) team.
Data oriented, having a sound understanding of web user behaviour and its analytics, can monitor and execute campaigns based on performance data.
Eager to test new marketing tactics and initiatives, using data to analyse and optimise outcomes.
Excellent written English skills, ability to produce high-quality ad copy. An additional European language will be a plus.
Well organised and detail-oriented.
Agile and open minded.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of revenue and cost.
