As an Onsite Technician in the Digital department, you will support users with day-to-day technical challenges, ensuring efficient and respectful service. You will handle incidents and requests both onsite and remotely, collaborate with product teams, and provide hardware and software support. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
* Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware and software issues
* Handle incidents and requests, ensuring quick resolution
* Support enterprise users and manage conference room setups
* Assist with onboarding new employees and managing printer solutions
* Collaborate with product teams and OEMs to solve technical problems
* Enhance user satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and continuous service improvement
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android support
- Experience with cloud services, Office 365, and Azure
- Expertise in Intune, end-user experience, and network services
- Capable of troubleshooting and servicing technical equipment
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Request, Change, and Problem management
- Knowledge in Swedish
- B-driving license
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
