As an Onsite Technician in the Digital department, you will support users with day-to-day technical challenges, ensuring efficient and respectful service. You will handle incidents and requests both onsite and remotely, collaborate with product teams, and provide hardware and software support. Work tasks


* Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware and software issues
* Handle incidents and requests, ensuring quick resolution
* Support enterprise users and manage conference room setups
* Assist with onboarding new employees and managing printer solutions
* Collaborate with product teams and OEMs to solve technical problems
* Enhance user satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and continuous service improvement


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android support
- Experience with cloud services, Office 365, and Azure
- Expertise in Intune, end-user experience, and network services
- Capable of troubleshooting and servicing technical equipment

It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Request, Change, and Problem management
- Knowledge in Swedish
- B-driving license
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
