What’s in it for you?
This role is within our Industrial Operations Digital team, which has the goal to provide digital technologies to support our manufacturing and supply chain solutions globally. You will be part of the supply chain management cluster with the goal to enable our supply chain around the globe. With an agile mindset you will be working closely with colleagues in designing, configuring, and managing the future solution landscape for inbound logistics, customs, and in-plant logistics etc.

What you’ll do
* Providing backend (mainly Java), Front End (angular) technical competence.
* Aligning and coordinating delivery with architects and other cluster tech leads to ensure consistency in solutions and adherence to enterprise road map and guidelines.
* Collaborating within and outside the team to secure resilient solutions and shared technical design.
* Providing technical guidance to team members – Code Review, CI/CD, Test Automation (quality assurance), Dev Ops best practices
* Part of modernization effort – Technology evaluation, Technology up-gradation, Cloud transformation (Azure primarily)


You and your skills
We are looking for a Digital Tech lead for the Common Logistics Services team with good domain knowledge and experience within supply chain management. Further, we believe you have a holistic mindset but with a clear eye for detail! You will be a key player to set the future digital roadmap and capabilities.

We think you are an experienced Senior/Lead Software Engineer who’s worked with programming, testing, and operational management (Design/Build/Maintain) of IT systems/applications.

* You should have Senior/Lead Java expertise with experience in deploying in a dockers/Kubernetes/Azure setup.
* Development experience using Angular, Springboot, SQL Server, and MongoDB
* Proven experience of automation/automated testing
* Experienced in IBM technology like MQ, MessageBroker but also RESTful web APIs
* You should have a solid understanding of microservices.
