What you'll do
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is IT savvy & passionate about supporting others. You would be joining the digital technology team for one of the world’s leading life sciences and medical technology companies. Cytiva helps researchers and the pharmaceutical industry accelerate how future therapies are discovered, made and used. Our products enable biological analysis, research, development and the manufacture of advanced therapies and vaccines.
We are currently looking for a 6-month Intern (start as soon as possible and with a possibility of a further extension). This role is responsible for supporting the Digital Technology team with online customer support, functional documentation, and any other projects assigned.
Who you are
B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of Technical English in order to follow technology and to establish written and oral communication with relevant parties when necessary.
Ability to write instructional manuals to be used by the application’s users.
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams, multiple levels.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, can do attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge in Photoshop, all MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Previous work experience from customer service and costumer interaction is highly desirable.
Ability to speak and write Mandarin would be beneficial but not mandatory.
