Scania e-mobility and transmission production are in an exciting and challenging period of product introductions and digitalization. We are currently looking for a Digital Test leader to support efficient and quality assured product introductions.
We are looking for a member of our team that wants to work in a dynamic production environment where you will lead the factory layout design and perform digital test assemblies for e-Mobility and transmission assembly. Your work assignment
As a Digital Test leader, your main tasks will involve designing factory layout concepts for the projects and you will be the production units representative for the layout tool in the Scania production and logistics forum where you will be associated with the layout development and methods at Scania.
You will be a part of the product development projects in assisting the team with creating concept layouts and detailed layouts for installation and verification of the assembly lines at different stages of the development process.
It is also required of you to work cross functionally and across the entire product range that includes axles, gearboxes and e-mobility. You will be performing Digital test assemblies including the necessary planning and follow up with your teammates. This is to make sure that the tests have the correct specifications, are carried out in the correct surrounding and that all prerequisites are in place for a successful implementation.
To perform our digital test assemblies, we use R&D’s (Research and Development) digital documentation to ensure implementations with zero deviations and zero accidents. The need for and the demand of digital test assembly is constantly increasing leading to exciting new uses and possibilities.

But to be successful in your new assignment you are self-driven and goal oriented. You are a good team player and are skilled at planning. You are thorough, structured and interested in continuously improving the processes you are involved in.
You have good technical skills and are familiar with Autodesk Inventor and CATIA. Since we operate on a global arena both Swedish and English language skills is a necessity.
You have a University / Master’s degree in a relevant field.
