Our business
Assembly simulations and measuring Chassis is included in a project organisation that is responsible for introducing product changes for trucks, buses, and cabs. The organisation goal is to secure new product introductions with the right quality at our final assemblies in Södertälje, Anger, Zwolle, Sao Paulo, Poland, and at Scania-owned KD workshops around the world. Our contribution to reach those targets is to perform assembly simulations for chassis installations during the product development phase of the projects, both digitally and physically. We also ensure that the new Scania products full fill premium quality when it comes to gaps and flushes.

Digital test leader role
In the role of digital test leader will you have a wide network within Scania and work cross-functional over the organisations at Scania. You will have the responsibility to lead the upcoming test and ensure that the tests are performed with high quality and at the right time. As a digital test leader will you gather input from different parts of the organisation, and perform and present the results of the assembly simulations. The role also includes working with our digitalization journey within the organisation and daily improvements within the role. You will belong to a strong team of 15 people that has several different roles and big diversity regards gender/nationalities, etc. Today are we five persons working as digital test leaders. 

Your profile
We believe that you are a person that likes to take responsibility and is driven to challenge yourself. Since we are working on product development projects with many different organisations involved you will need to have good communication skills in both English and Swedish. You like to work structured and can easily adapt to new circumstances. Experience in Office 365, Delmia, Catia, and IPS is a benefit. 

We see that you have an academic background or equivalent experience within a relevant area.
