Digital Training Specialist

The subsidiary Logistics Solutions (TMHLS), a central part of the development and innovation part of Toyota Material Handling, is located at Frihamnen in Gothenburg. Logistics Solutions develops solutions for warehouse Automation and has 150 employees.

We are looking for a Digital Training Specialist to join our team in Gothenburg. You will be a part of our training team and create high-quality digital training solutions and instructional material for people using our products. As a Digital Training Specialist, you will collaborate closely with different departments within the company and external partners to make learning paths and transform complex solutions and technical material into easy-to-grasp interactive packages with an eye for design and detail.

The team consists of six people, and you will report to the Manager of Corporate Development.

Core responsibilities:

* Analyze, Develop, Design, Implement and Evaluate Digital Training Resources for TMHLS
* Communicate updates to stakeholders
* Support the identification of competence requirements and develop training strategies

As a person, you are analytical, creative and have an eye for details. You enjoy teamwork but can also work independently.

* Bachelor's degree in areas such as communications, training, organizational development or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education
* Good communication skills in English, both written and verbally
* Ability to develop expert-level trainings in applicable training vehicles and tools used by TMHLS
