We are looking for a Change Management Expert to join the Digital Transformation Office. This is a highly visible role, as this is an executive level priority writing the next chapter for Ericsson. In this role you will be a part of a multi-functional agile team working and deploying new digital capabilities that will help to transform Ericsson. The job’s focus is to bring to bear the main components of digital capabilities: data, technology and agile ways-of-working. The purpose of this job is to help the company to build a better customer experience through more efficient operations.
This role is at the center of the group’s digital transformation initiatives with the directive to transform our organization. You will champion agile methodologies to implement digital solutions across the group and realize significant business impact. This role will give a deep understanding of Ericsson’s business by collaborating with a complementary team of role players along the entire customer flow, enabling wide-ranging career opportunities.
You will
Be overall responsible for planning and execution of global change management activities throughout the transformation to ensure adoption of digital solutions and capabilities developed and enabled by our global transformation projects
Interact with both Ericsson customers and employees in Market Areas and Business Areas to diagnose change needs and facilitate change
Collaborate with leaders/management on organizational change assessments, planning and execution
Plan, build and implement strategic and tactical communication to build awareness and desire among target groups and stakeholders
Work closely with end users/customers to understand their needs and requirements, and translate those into concrete actions
Develop an overarching global deployment and adoption approach and tactical implementation plans
Develop a common and compelling change vision
Recognize and accommodate diverse regional and organizational needs in change strategies
Be part of and supply to the Change Management Chapter to cultivate a robust community, develop our change management practice and to amplify the impact of our change strategy

To be successful in the role you have
Good understanding and experience with organizational change methodologies, models and tools and how to apply them
Track record of balancing broad enterprise change strategies with pragmatic on the ground solutions that increase institution of desired change efforts
Ability to work closely and optimally in an international team with people at all levels of the organization
Ability to adapt your approach and communication style to fit different situations
An interest in excelling in fast-paced environments with uncertain context
Discernment and a consultative approach with an ability to identify key concepts in sophisticated environments
Ability to establish yourself as a trusted and indispensable adviser
