We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to lead a digital transformation project for our client in the telecommunications industry.
Join our client's international team of 300 professionals in agile cross-functional teams. As a Digital Transformation Manager, you'll work within the Planning Chapter, collaborating closely with Agile Team Leads, Venture Owners, and Business Analysts. The client follows a lean agile process, emphasizing continuous improvement and utilizes scaling with Squads, Chapters, and Tribes. Our client encourage a "can-do mentality," where thinking outside the box and embracing innovative approaches is highly valued.
Main tasks & responsibilities include
- Defining and leading projects and IT sub-projects from concept to completion
- Delivering solutions that meet our customer's needs and ensure the organization's satisfaction
- Proposing and assessing solutions within IT development or migration projects
- Providing recommendations to our decision-making bodies
- Managing resources, stakeholders, risks, and changes related to projects
- Translating high-level business requirements into system requirements and vice versa
- Creating, managing, and monitoring budget, timeframe, resource plans, and project progress.
Desirable skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, telecommunications, or a similar leadership role with IT planning and team management
- Proficiency in established Project Management and IT/Agile development methodologies
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders in large enterprises to drive change
- Exposure to projects with a startup mentality
- Experience in digitalization projects/programs involving cutting-edge solutions and technologies
- Proficiency in requirement analysis, business process analysis, solution architecture, system development, and/or test management
- A university degree in Business, IT, and/or Management
- Fluent english ans swedish language skills for both written and spoken communication at a business level

About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants.
The assignment is full-time, starts ASAP and for a period of 6 months, with possible extension.
