About the job

The digital transformation in companies can be driven in many ways and Compare has the task of making it easier for companies to establish tomorrow's business. Tech is an enabler for developing services in all industries and Compare contributes with expertise and resources to work with innovation between companies, academia, the public sector and entrepreneurs. They are currently working on new ways to attract cutting-edge digital expertise to companies, establish collaborations around IndTech, CleanTech and HealthTech and with further development of Compare's digital transformation platform Be Digital.

Among other tasks, this role includes:

- Carrying through innovation- and change processes together with actors regionally, nationally and internationally.
- Support companies and organizations in taking steps in their digital transformation.
- Develop and package services that facilitate digital transformation processes
- Identify and start activities to stimulate the use of tech in different industries
- Have continuous contact with companies to capture needs and stimulate the development of services that can be widely spread
- Collaborate with regional, national and international actors in the innovation support system.

About you

We think that you are an entrepreneur at heart who is passionate about supporting others and making a difference in society. You like working in teams and have good experience of agile working methods. We would like to see that you both like working in direct contact with the companies and together with other actors. You have good leadership qualities when it comes to collaborating in projects with many different actors who can have different driving forces and goals.

You are comfortable with flexible working conditions and have no problems redirecting in the event of changed conditions. You like to help companies and organizations succeed, are good at analyzing and understanding needs and like to follow companies development journeys.
