Digital Transformation Manager for Consulting Assignment

Our client in the Telecommunications industry (based in Stockholm) needs a fearless Venture owner to lead their Digital Transformation - who thinks fast, acts fast & can manage and enjoy working with different stakeholders on all levels.

About the role:

Within Consumer IT, we are approximately 300 international staff members that are setup in agile cross-functional teams, dedicated to delivering the best possible experience for our customers. You would join our Planning Chapter where we have all our Agile Team Leads (broader Scrum Master role), Venture Owners and Business Analsysts.

We work in a lightweight agile process where we regularly evaluate how we work and try to improve. At the same time, we follow a scaling method with Squads, Chapters and Tribes.

We value a “can-do mentality” where we “dare” to think outside the box and try new things.

As a Project Manager with us, you will define & lead projects- and IT sub-projects, from feasibility studies to closure. Your objective will be to deliver solutions that our customers need and that the line organizations will live happily-ever-after with!

Examples of what the role includes:

Propose and evaluate solutions within IT development or migration projects.

Provide recommendations and basis for decisions to the Steering Committees.

Own all resource-/stakeholder-/risk- & change-management related to the projects.

Capture high level business requirements and translate into system requirements and the opposite

Create, own and follow-up on budget/timeframe/resource plans and progress.

Competence requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or telecom or a similar leading role, that includes planning and team-leading in IT environment

Well-versed of established Project Management and IT/Agile development methodologies

You speak and write English fluently at business level

It is highly desirable that you have experience of Digitalization projects/programs

A university degree within Business, IT and/or Management

Experience in requirement analysis, business process analysis, solution architecture, system development and/or test management

About the assignment

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants.

The assignment is full-time starting ASAP until 31st Dec 2023, with possible extension.
