DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Job Description
We are looking for a Digital transformation portfolio Manager to our international and well-known client in Stockholm!

In this role, you will drive production of produce portfolio reporting for Executive level, creating full transparency to ensure purpose, prioritization, status and expected key results of each initiative/value stream is set, shared, and followed.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Make digital initiatives comparable to each other in terms of cost, quality, agility, delivery speed, benefits, and risks.
- Set up processes to track every initiative from its first ideation stage, up to the productive use in a consistent way.
- Ensure that the right set of information is available at the right point in time to make informed digital related investment / divestment decisions across the organization and that prioritization of initiatives is done to support the business
- Align all digital initiatives to a coherent delivery management methodology (catering for both v-model, agile and hybrid approaches) – use project delivery model at high level
- Establish a common understanding regarding the dependencies between all IT/digital initiatives.
- Set up processes to remove overheads, obstacles, and constraints
- Ensure initiatives align with financial objectives
- Facilitate financial management processes, including AD forecasting
- Ensure that best practice delivery methods and technology platforms are established across all products / business lines.

A hybrid form would work, but the client would prefer to have someone who can be in the office in Frösundavik at least one or a few days a week.

Qualifications
- You have experience of implementing a Digital Transformation office or Agile PMO within an IT or Digital unit.
- You have experience from large organizations in a transformation journey, operating a mix of agile and traditional v-projects.
- You have experience from implementing portfolio management and large-scale initiative reporting for executive level.
- You have advanced skills in Excel and analytics tools.
- You are fluent in English, both written and oral.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-11-30 with possibility of extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client in Frösundavik. It is required to be in the office in at least 1 or a few days a week.
